Running Red Hat 6.2, sometimes when a PC tries to access the Samba shared directory, an error message stating “No permission to access resours” pops up and all the machines on the network disappear from Network Neighborhood except for the Samba directory. Reboot the PC and no more message, and the network looks and works fine. Is this a Samba configuration issue (sometimes I have to restart smb as well) or a Winders issue? Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?
