Redesigned Outlook form; problems mapping new fields

Outlook 2003; I did design a new form, but when (trying to)importing contacts from a Access .mdb file it’s impossible to map the fields as my new fields are not available.

Have also followed Debra Littlejohn Shinder’s tutorial in desperation, but this is not possible.

Question; is it impossible to import data from Access .mdb to a Outlook database file with redesigned forms (new field).

My client will kill me….. Help!!
