My linux server sometimes does not receive mail. When this happens the following errors are recorded inthe maillog
(1) daemon MTA: Problem creating SMTP socket
(2) NoQueue: Syserr (rrot): Opendaemon Socket: Daem daemon MTA: CANNOT BIND: ADDRESS ALREADY IN USE
WHAT CAUSES THIS?
