    REFERENCE WHEN SENDING A MAIL ON OUTLOOK 2004

    Dear All,
    Could someone tell me how i can put a reference in the subject of a mail on outlook 2003 so that anyone you receive the mail can cleary see that i am pointing at a mail previously send or a reference number that already exist.

      You could ‘Reply’ to the old email …

      Typing your new email as the reply. That way the old email will be included in the email text.

      Or you could cut & paste the old email into the new email that you are about to send.

      Or just place the Reference Number in the email title.

      Is this what you meant because it seems too easy to me. 🙂
