Refresh on restart

By rjgould9r ·
I asked this question under security but it may just be a software question so I'm also putting it here.

Does anyone know of software, other than Refresh PC, that will make an image of the HD then on restart will compare the HD to the image and return the HD to its origional state if anything has been changed? Ithink they use this kind of software in clooege computer labes and places with high volume of different users. I can't seem to find a name other than Refresh PC whic crashes when I try to use it.

you need to tell us which os and file format.
you can do this yourself by reading and practicing the free materials available for your os at www.microsoft.com. search for automatic installation

We've been using "DeeFreeze" from Faronics for 2 years. Saved my ashes from fire(link below).
