Refreshing Excel Table from Access When Fields Change

I created an Excel Query to pull information from Access. This is something that needs to be done on a monthly basis. The query had Apr, May,Jun,Jul,Aug,&Sep. This month I need to drop Apr and add Oct. When I make that change in the Access query and try to Refresh the Excel query - I get an error message.
