While trying to clean up a users machine prior to installing a program I ran RegClean and found that it would lock up and produce an “illegal operation” message just as it was almost done. After clicking on the “Fix Errors” button, RegCleanwould go through its gyrations and get 95-or-so complete on the last run and would lock up. As an alternate I installed and attempted to run EasyCleaner and found that the initial “Language Selection” box displayed no languages availabe which, basically, meant it could not be run either. The “illegal operation” message referred to “advapi32.dll.” User is running Win95 w/64k and P120. Any thoughts here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
