My Dell computer crashed. I have several Dell back up CD’s and the one I used to try to reinstall windows the product key doesn’t match what is on the back of the computer so it keeps coming up with an error and won’t let me past that point. Can someone tell me how to proceed? I am trying to install Office 2000 Professional that I have the product key for but can’t figure out how to do it. Can someone help. Thanks.
