      Hi and ,
You are not admin allowed or
      Your ISP is having problems.
If your address is correct and on a single pc at home it is an ISP goof.
If you are on a net at work your admin may need to reset the settings to allow this email.

This basically means that the server received the mail, but didn’t recognise you as being an address it is responsible for. If a server is ‘open relay’, then in that situation it will forward the unrecognised mail on in an attempt to deliver it. This is a known hole that spammers use to distribute their rubbish, bombarding a mail server with addresses it doesn’t own knowing that the mail server will forward them on. For this reason most mail admins forbid relaying mail on their server. So, the server is saying

” This was delivered to me but I don’t know who, moreover I can’t try and relay this message on because relaying is not allowed on this server”

You need to talk to whoever hosts your mail about this, whether it’s your company or an isp.
