remote access password win2000

I have a windows2000 computer set up with a Novell network. I want to login into this computer from win95/98 computers. I can see the computer with network neighborhood file and printer sharing are set. I set NO password to access the computer, but it always asks for password. The administrator password does not work. I am the administrator. Any suggestions.
