I have Windows share point Services3.0 on SBS 2008. We have an intranet website called as companywebv2. We also have another default intranet website called as companyweb. We use companywebv2 for storing all our files. I am trying to access companywebv2 remotely from home. I tried setting up the alternate access mappings for this companywebv2. i gave the public url as https://remote.domain.local:999/ and i opened the port on firewall. I also attached the port to the bindings for this website in IIS manager. After doing all this stuff still i am unable to access companywebv2 remotely. I need to do this or else my job is in trouble, so please help me out…
