Remote Assistance Session launches Remote DesktopLocked
I was working with a remote user this afternoon, and we decided to establish a Remote Assistance session so that I could walk her through a support issue. I talked her through the steps of creating and sending me a Remote Assistance invitation via e-mail. It came through to me without any problems. However, when clicked on the RA file & attempted to connect to her computer, instead of getting the usual login procedure (e.g. so & so wants to connect to your computer, do you want to allow this?), I received the Windows login screen asking me for my username & password. If I put this information in there, it would give me a message warning that this would log the remote user off of her Windows session. I have not had this happen before. Does anyone have any insight?
