I’m desparately trying to connect to another comptuer to help a friend…but I keep getting the error message “A Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the DNS name of the remote computer could not be resolved.” I’ve disabled Windows Firewall. I don’t believe there are any other firewalls in place. I’ve check services to ensure RA was enabled and started. Does anyone have ANY Other suggestions?
