I am trying to help a friend in spain with his computer problems. I Have Windows Vista HE and he has Windows XP. The blurb says that I can help him if he requests Remote Assistance but the help is so convoluted, I can’t follow it. Has anyone got a simple set of instructions that I could follow. Obviously I will have to do his over the phone with him carrying out the instructions as we go along. Once I can see his desktop, I think we should be OK from there.
