We currently have several users who work from out of the office. This causes problems when they suffer problems with their laptops. As they are rarely in the office, (less than 4 times a year), I cannot take proper care of their machines.
I’m looking for an application that will allow remote access to their machines. I am essentially looking for a free-ware version of something like citrix.
1. Must be free.
2. Must allow me to access the users’ PC/ laptop remotely.
3. User must be logged in and prompted to accept the connection.
4. User must be able to see what is going on, (i.e. I am looking for an application that will take control of the keyboard and mouse functions.)
