I am running Windows NT 4.0 Server w/SP5 and Unidata MRP software on top using Intel NetportExpress 10/100 Print Servers. From time to time we have the Remote Downlevel Docment show twice in multiple print queues. If I delete the document all is well, sometimes have to reset the print server but no big deal. I am curious if anyone else has an idea of what the real cause to this is and a way to prevent it. Microsoft Knownledgebase doesn’t seem to have a clue on how to fix it only how to delete them which is obvious. The only users PC it last happened on was Windows 98 SE our standard config only exception is File and Print Sharing was installed which we do not use.
Any suggestions would be much help…
