Does anybody know what really is “Remote Downlevel Document”. I searched for this printer error. It says that a remote user is trying to print on the LAN. The computer that is sending this message to the printe server is a local member ofthe network and can successfully print over the network.
This message blocks the print queue and delaying the print operation.
