Remote registry changes

In Windows NT 4.0, Microsoft provided a tool in their Resource Kit called Rregchg.exe which allowed administrators to push a registry change to other NT 4.0 systems. Does anyone know if there is a similar tool for Windows 2000?

Thanks,
