Hi, I am an author who presents in schools. Hi, I am just a children’s author with a problem. My dog broke my Dell laptop and I got a new one with Office 2007. When using my original Dell remote and my old powerpoint presentation when I press the remote forward button it is skipping a slide, in other words, advancing two slides instead of one. I can’t figure out where or how to fix this.
I talked to someone at Dell but he couldn’t help although he played around with slide show setup in PPT. I guess this is a Powerpoint problem but I am not sure. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thank you!
