Remove annoying unwanted ringtones

Good morning

Recently my Samsung Galaxy S22 phone emits when I have an unread message, a special ringtone and above all that never stops.
I had just set up a new ringtone that has nothing to do with it and I even added it as a notification sound as well.
I don’t see anything that can manage this completely unknown ringtone on my phone that I’ve had for 1 year…
I even did a search for all possible sound files by searching through Windows Explorer on my PC, on the phone’s storages.

In:\media\audio\notifications I have my ringtone salsa6.mp3
and the same in:\media\audio\ringtones

Try going to settings – sounds and vibration – notification sound and finally select the notification sound you want to use instead

I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra with the latest updates.

I hope that helps. Remember, your current ringtone has nothing to do with your text message notification sound. It is a different setting all together.
