Remove programs from traybar

Hi!

I just wonder how to get rid of program that sits in the traybar besides the clock on win2000 pc.
It’s an internet shortcut and it starts with with windows. A colleague received a file which he doubleclicked on, he shouldn’t have done that!I haven’t find a way to remove it.
