If they are on the same drive, then just resize the drive..

Resize the drive that the XP is on, this will get rid of your Win2000 operating system.

Please post back if you have any more problems or questions.

More Info Needed

Are both on same partition or in different partitions (e.g. dual boot)?

Provide information on your configuration.

As said it depends on your setup

Hopefully they are not both on the same partition.
All you will need to do is determine the location of the W2K installation and delete it. Then edit your (hidden) boot.ini file to set XP as the default and delete the references to W2K. You can do this through MSConfig; the boot.ini tab, notebook, or system properties.

NOTE: If the W2K is on the boot partition, DO NOT delete NTDetect.com, NTLDR, and the boot.ini file. They are needed for XP to boot.
