Removed content of IE

Hi,

I have windows NT4.0 with IE 5.5.Some one removed all the files in IE by clicking
Tools–>Internet options–>settings–>View objects. So now Nt is not booting.It is not showing last known good configuration also.
It shows blank screen. How debug it.
