Removed flash drive showing as second dvd drive in device manager

I removed a flash drive from my Windows 10 PC. It shows now as a second optical drive in device manager. I’ve included a speccy report. http://speccy.piriform.com/results/6FQPfKgqV6MWtqgWOaGdAzc . The incorrect drive is the SAMSUNG File-Stor Gadget USB Device. In disk management I changed the drive letter to Z and disabled it. I tried uninstalling it in device manager but it comes back on reboot. Is there a way to permanently remove it?

Your seagate disk is showing some problems.

Perhaps something to keep an eye on.

I just keep it in case I run out of space on the ssd. I definitely would not keep anything critical on it and I do backups.
