Removing LINUX from a hard drive

by rabuhoff . Updated 24 years, 8 months ago

I had been running Linux-Mandrake on a computer. Now, I need to create a test server for Netware 6. I’ve fdisk’ed the drive, created and formatted a small DOS partition. The Grub program runs on boot. I’ve Wiped the disk and also used Norton’s Disk edit to remove any traces of the program. Now, it gets stuck in Grub, leaving a “stage 2” comment on the command line before freezing. How can I clear the drive entirely so I can reuse it for Netware?
