    Removing the Lilo Prompt.

    I have an ageing linux server that I would like to turn into a simple Win9x desktop PC, for any old user, but I cant get rid of the lilo prompt?? any help would be appreciated.

      LILO (LInux LOader) usualy locate in MBR (Master Boot Record). To replace MBR with “standard” (Win95) loader simply issue command:
      fdisk /MBR
      at Win95 command prompt.
