Removing Windows OS Boot

Whenever I turn on my comp there are three options for an OS only I only have 1 os and the others are form delted OS's... how can I remove the unused ones?

Right click My Computer & select properties.
Now choose the advanced tab.
Select the startup & recovery tab.
Make sure the OS you want is displayed & uncheck the Display a list of OS's check box.

Select the startup & recovery tab then settings. click on edit and remove the ones that u dont want. becareful that u dont remove the one u want. that will be listed at the beginning.
