Repetitive Reloading ad Irritatium

What causes Outlook Express, IE and any other Office 2003 program to re-install everytime it is opened?

I installed MS Office 2003 over 6 months ago with no problems. In the last month, my family has had to wait for every app in the suite to reload whenever the app is opened.

I’m running WIN2000 Professional, and we each have a unique login, but regardless of who logs in, the app reinstall window shows and loads.
