Replication from ODBC to SQL Server 7.0

How can I make a replication of an ODBC Database (MSM-SQL V3.5) in SQL Server 7.0 ?
I can’t establish this source as a publisher.
Or, are there other/better possibilities to make a scheduled copy of this ODBC-source without having to bulkcopy the data each time (+ 1 GB) ?
