Reside NT Stripe/Vol Set partition

by shanghai sam . Updated 24 years, 5 months ago

PC runs on dural boot with NT workstation/2000 Server. The PC has one disk with 10 GB. NT on C: & W2k on F:, D: was set NT Stripe/Vol Set. Here is how the disk looks from running magic partition:

C: NTFS– 1GB, Primary
D: NT Stripe/Vol Set — 3.5 GB, Logical
F: NTFS– 2GB, Logical
E: NT Stripe/Vol Set, 100MB Logical
*: NT Stripe/Vol Set, 3.3 GB, Primary
*: NT Stripe/Vol Set, 100MB, Primary

I tried to use Magic partition software to reside D: drive and move 2 GB to drive F:, It would allow me to reside the drive. I think the problem is NT Stripe/Vol Set.

How can I move 2GB out from drive “d” to “f” without reformat the whole disk.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
