Working on a laptop. Was sent to a shop to have power plug fixed. Now the owner can not access some of his pictores. Tying to go to a fold titled “family” I receive access denied. The owner is set up as the only user and he has administator priveleges. What can I do to get him access to the foldrs / files. Company that repaired computer refuses to do anything, says the problem is his not thiers.
Actual message received is C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Pictures\Family is not accessible. Access is denied.
If I go into the command prompt mode (DOS), access to the folder is denied even there.
