My computer goes to restart looping when the Windows “Welcome” screen appears
I tried to start in safe mode/last known config/start normally, etc, none of the options work
I also tried to start safe mode with command prompt and run system restore to select
restore point but when the computer restart to restore, it goes to restart looping again
I have windows xp sp2
anyone has any suggestions on what I should do…
