    restore deleted mail from inbox

    IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN RESTORE MY EMAIL AFTER DELETED THE MAIL. THE ONLY WAY I CAN IS FROM THE BACKUP, BUT HOW ABOUT IF I DO NOT HAVE ANY BACKUP .

    I’M ACTUALLY USING EXCANGE 2007.

      TURN OFF THE CAPS LOCK!!!!!!!!

      Typing in all caps in a text based environment is considered to be YELLING and very RUDE!

      We can hear just fine and don’t take kindly to rude people.

      Is there any way that I can restore my email after deleted the mail. THE only way I CAN is from the backup, but how about if I do not have any backup .

      I?m actually using exchange 2007.
