Restore Outlook Default Contact Form

By Working IT ·
I am using Office XP. For some reason the default contact form was messed up. It put the Zip Code field first, then the State, then the City, and the Street field at last.

How can I restore it back to the default/normal Contact Form which put the Street field first, then City, then State, and Zip Code at last?

I re-installed the Office but it still the same.

Hi,

Did you open up outlook, go to the "help Menu" then select "detect and repair" and follow the instructions. I find this is a great feature. Also this will give you the option to keep existing settings or to reload default settings.

Hi,

Have you tried this, go to the contact pane, then select "view" "arrange by" then "current view" then select "denfine views" and then select reset. May help.

When you did the uninstall of office did you go to the folder "documents and settings" and under the folder of the user remove all traces of the software. The reason I am wondering this is because if you just uninstall and reinstall office and don't do that, office will just use the exsisting preferences under that user profile.
