Restore System State in a new Domain

I have a Domain Windows 2000 with one Domain Controller. Everynight I make a System State Data Backup. My Domain Controller is down and I can not fix it. I reinstalled Domain Controller with the same name of Server and same name of Domain. After that I restored the System State Data and restart Domain Controller. Now my Domain Controller has STOP ERROR. What Can I do??? Is there a procedure to do this????
