Restrict Mail to send / receive through Gmail account

Hi all,

I have specific domain (xxxxx.com), i configure using Gmail to access mail transaction for my domain, I want to restrict my domain users to send / receive mail for their account. Is it possible to restrict the mail account to send / receive the mails to specify ids.
