RestrictAnonymous Key

I’m getting an error in Baseline Security Analyzer concerning the RestrictAnonymous Registry key either being set to zero or not existing at all. I can’t seem to find much information on that key. Before I add/update that key, is there any reason I would NOT want to put it on a NT or W2K server?
