RF microwave specialists out there?

Need a vacation? Want to visit and explore a tropical paradise while making a few colones? Apply now for a short-term consulting arrangement, with a part time schedule, at MK Milliwave?s manufacturing facility in Bagaces, Costa Rica ? 1-2 hours from national parks and beautiful Pacific Coast beaches.

What you provide: Your expertise and talents for at least 3 weeks (21 days), a valid passport, and a round-trip plane ticket to and from Costa Rica. What you receive: free lodging (private room) and home-cooked meals with a friendly Costa Rican family, a weekly stipend for travel and sightseeing, and complimentary transportation to and from the San Jose or Liberia airport.

While here, you?ll be with locals and other consultants from around the globe, working in a relaxing environment, learning or improving your Spanish, and experiencing the tranquilo Costa Rican way of life.

Open positions:

Assembler, RF Microwave Circuits
Qualifications: +5 years experience in the assembly of thin film hybrid circuitry. Perform manual die attach and manual wedge bonding daily. Knowledge of ceramic substrates, kovar carriers, capacitors and GaAs FETs. Ability to work with .0007 mil gold wire and operate ultrasonic bonding equipment. Perform adjustments to optimize ?Westbond? bonding equipment. Some Spanish speaking ability is a plus.

Technician, RF Microwave Amplifiers
Qualifications: Electronics degree, +5 years of test and alignment of microscopic, thin film hybrid microwave circuitry. Operate various signal analyzing test equipment from .1 to 40 GHz. Knowledge of die attach, Ceramic substrates, kovar carriers, capacitors and GaAs FETs. Ability to work with .0007 mil gold wire and operate ultrasonic bonding equipment. Some Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
