rhdtool.exe

By jcreaghan ·
Hello All;
I am having a heck of a time with the /q option for the installation of the Remove Hidden Data Tool for Microsoft Office.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=144e54ed-d43e-42ca-bc7b-5446d34e5360&displaylang=en

I have been unable to get it to install quietly. I would like to install on all clients on our network. If anyone else has had success with a quiet installation I would like to hear how. I don't want to resort to building an installation package for this tool, I just want a simple install...quietly...

Thanks.

1. Extract (with winzip for example) the tool in a new folder; c:\temp\rhdtool for example. Two files were extracted; RHD.CAB and RHD.MSI
2. Use the windows installer to install the tool silent;

msiexec /i c:\temp\rhdtool\rhd.msi /qn
