Riched20.dll- xcel “SAVE AS” problem

Can I copy this dll from another PC (same OS) and paste into PC suffering from a symptom where I cannot “SAVE AS” from within Excel 2000? Nor can I use the OPEN function from within EXCEL. Word works ok. One of the rememedy’s is to retore this program from CD. But there is no CD available.
