I have a user who is using Windows NT, who recently upgraded from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2000. Now when he receives an e-mail message that has an attachment, he right-click the message, and then points to View Attachments on the shortcut menu, once he tries to view the attachment he receives a generic Dr. Watson error in Outlook.exe. I have uninstalled and re-installed Outlook three times.
