Hi, when a user is added to active directory and is added as an administrator, domain admin, enterprise admin, or schema admin. Does it automatically give the person the ability to do things like create OUs, groups, resetting passwords, adding users, and deleting users?

Yes. Why not try yourself on your company’s test devices?

When a user is added to Active Directory and assigned administrative roles such as Administrator, Domain Admin, Enterprise Admin, or Schema Admin, it grants them elevated privileges within the Active Directory domain.
