Can roaming profiles be used with Win2k clients on NT 4.0 Domain. If so what do I have to watch out for?

They sure can. We upgraded our clients to W2K about six months before upgrading the domain to W2K and then subsequently to Active Directory. The roaming profiles worked well just as in NT4.

Do you at least have a W2K Domain in Mixed Mode? (This means an NT 4.0 Domain with at least one W2K Server authenticating with the NT 4.0 BDC's). This would give you access to Group Policies. You then can apply the Roaming Profiles in the Group Policy. As far as I know this is the only way to do it because roaming profiles is a new addition in W2K.
