We have a Terastation TS1 0TGL setup and connected to our AD domain, we want to save our roaming profiles on it. Once a profile has been moved and the setting changed in AD, windows can’t load the roaming profile. A user will log on and then get the message that the roaming profile cannot be loaded the current user or administrator has to be the owner of the folder. The properties show me that Root (terastation\root) is the owner. Can I change this. Also if I want to add a domain account to the folder it won’t let me because it doesn’t see the domain in my list of locations, it only shows the terastation. I believe it is setup correctly and connected to the domain (Once logged in I can go to any folders on the terastation).
This is first tme playing around with one of these babies so apologies if this is a really dumb question
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
