I am wondering if it possible to have dual access control on root/admin user in Linux, windows, routers, firewalls, switches... etc.
I'm not looking for a 2 factor authentication solution, rather I want the use of 2 user ID/passwords combination (or at least 2 passwords entered separately) to login to the superuser account.
