routing incoming email to cust svc reps

we're using Exch server 5.5 and we have one mailbox for incoming customer requests. We'd like to forward each incoming mail to a customer service rep, in sequence, example, msg1 goes to rep1, msg2 goes to rep2, etc. After the last rep in the list gets an email, it starts over again with rep#1. I've tried searching for 3rd party solutions, but I'm not even sure what terminology to use! "Routing" and "Workflow" don't seem to be the terms I need. Has anyone seen or is anyone using anything like this? If I have to, I could just set up a machine with Outlook that would just be the client for this mailbox & use Outlook VBA to get the job done, but I'd rather not have to do this, I'd rather do it from the server. Any help is greatly appreciated.
