I have RRAS on wind2012 R2 server connecting clients but few are not able to ping the servers but they are connected, how to resolve this, is this could be a network issue??

This could be a ping by name issue (DNS) or something else. PING is not a sure thing. In fact we used to disable it so it would not be a load factor. Read https://neoserver.site/help/disablingenabling-ping-response-windows-server-2012-and-2016
