My son has a Sager (1 year old). Recently, he indicated the battery wasn’t holding a charge. Right now the laptop doesn’t show any life when pressing the power-on key. I opened it up to get to the dc adapter and gave up after about 20 screws. I do know that my voltage test showed both the battery and the pins within the laptop to be getting voltage…so I wonder if something has happened to the motherboard???
