Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) Keeps Restarting Itself

Hello guys. So recently something weird happened. My Galaxy A3 just started restarting itself after 1 min or so. It has been doing weird things itself in the past, like being hot, wifi not working etc. Right now whats happening is, its hot, and what it does it restarts itself. I tried to do a factory reset and when im on the “Checking For Information” screen, its loads for a bit and restarts or if I leave it it restarts. I tried booting into safe mode, same issue. I dont think its a device issue but a firmware issue. Whats your take on this? Thanks.
