1. What is the best?
2. What is good and not so expensive.

Your question is far too vague. We don’t know what your budget is, what carrier you use and what data/voice frequencies are needed. Smart phone or flip phone? It would be better to narrow down your search to a few models and then ask for comparisons and opinions.

My SO got the Pixel 6a because it’s the size they wanted. It’s very nice. I picked up the Pixel 7 Pro because I wanted the great cameras and more. For what these phones give us, I think the price is reasonable.

I had many different phones, and of all of them I was satisfied with only two. It was an iPhone and a Samsung. Now I have the latest Samsung and I am satisfied. So I recommend one of these phones.

it depends on your budget, for me since I’m using android and iPhone now, I must say that iPhone is the best
